Principle and characteristics of KSD adjustable temperature controller

At present, many KSD temperature controllers are not adjustable, single temperature control, complex circuit design and program download inconvenience and other defects, so a new type of KSD adjustable temperature controller has been developed.

The principle of the new KSD adjustable temperature controller is that a heating device is set inside the product, and the temperature sensor is used as the main temperature sensing device to display the temperature changes directly in the 4-digit 8-section digital tube display screen. The temperature change is detected by the digital thermometer and transmitted to the MCU directly in the digital tube display output, and can realize the self-compensation of temperature.

The new KSD adjustable temperature controller has the following characteristics:

1, for the temperature control circuit is not adjustable, the circuit based on low power AT89S51 microcontroller and digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to achieve temperature adjustable function.

2, the circuit can not only control the temperature range, but also can set the temperature alarm range, reduce the workload of the digital microcontroller.

3, for the common circuit design is complex, the circuit uses a single line to transmit data, has the characteristics of simple design, easy to operate.
