Install the temperature switch as close as possible to the part where the heater needs to reach the "maintenance" temperature.
Test the temperature switch is good or bad, can use the resistance of the multimeter, the two pens of the multimeter are respectively connected to the two pins of the temperature switch, at normal temperature multimeter display resistance value is basically 0. Then use a hot electric iron (more than 20 W soldering iron can be) to heat the metal shell of the temperature switch about 2 ~ 3 min (reach the temperature switch action temperature) temperature switch ring, at the same time the multimeter display resistance value should be infinite. Take away the electric iron, until the temperature of the temperature switch drops, and can hear a ring, at the same time the multimeter display resistance value is zero. It's good to have a temperature switch that changes like this. If the two leading wires of the multimeter resistance temperature switch are disconnected; Or to measure the time pass, and to heat the temperature switch for a long time, the temperature switch is constantly, such a temperature switch is bad.
